Shipment and returns

Shipment and returns are assured by a service independant from Poemana. All parcels are sent using La Poste services.
Shipment is done after a 1 to 7 business day preparation period.


Delivery of your jewelry using the standard delivery rates takes 48H in metropolitan France, and can take up to 72H in Europe, both in and out of the EEC.
Delivery in the Americas, Africa, Asia and Oceania can take up to two weeks, due to a mandatory check of the parcel from a customs office.
Delivery using the express delivery rates takes 48H around the world, excluding any time spent in customs offices and any time after the parcel being delivered to the local postal service.


According to the French 2014-344 law dated at the 17th of March 2014 relative to consumption, the client has 14 days after delivery to return the full, undamaged content of the parcel. Upon return, the client will be reimbursed after a maximum of 14 days.

For the holiday season (27th of November to the 24th of December), the client will have 30 days to return the the contents of the parcel.

Disclaimer: according to line 3 of article L.121-21-8 , we reserve the right to decline reimbursement and offer only store credit on certain products we consider personalized. These products will be cleary noted as such on the product page, and buying them is considered to be consent to these terms. You can demand reimbursement despite these terms if you can prove a latent defect.

Shipment costs following a return will be covered by the client, unless a written or verbal agreement is reached with Poemana.
